If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, here's how we can help: Returns are accepted within 30 days for unused shoes, apparel, & accessories in their original packaging and with tags. NO returns on nutrition, climbing products, or undergarments. Shoes must be worn indoors only. Returns can be made in-store or by mail - please call to arrange a return by mail. ID required for in-store pickups. All warranties are handled directly through manufacturers.
